How we use it
We use your information to have an advisor contact you and to introduce you to senior living communities that may fit your situation. We share your information with those communities. That is how the referral model works, and it is the point of submitting the form.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
- We do not share health information beyond what you tell us about care needs.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing [email protected]. Texas residents may have additional rights under state law.
